"The Half-Breed Vampire" [Sons of Midnight Mini-Series, Book 3] by Theresa Meyers

My Book Summary : Even though Raina, a game warden and her tribe's "wolf whisperer," doesn't like vampires she needs to find out why there are wolves invading and attacking her people and they seem to be the only ones who can help. Or more specifically Slade is perfect for the job. With his overly enhanced senses (better than any other vampire that he knows), he'll be able to track the wolves and find out what Raina's situation is. Once they start their mission it's like an invisible force draws them together and there is no way either of them can turn back. However, what they find out hits closer to home for them both and soon they are finding out things from Slade's past that could pull them away from each other for good if they're not careful...

My Book Review : 3.5 out of 5 stars! Hot, intense, and passionate are how I would describe this unique novel!! I really enjoyed reading about the relationship that grows between Raina & Slade, along with all of the back-story that was in this novel. Plus, it does have a creative take on what it means to be a half-breed, which is even more interesting since by the end of the book it kind of leaves you with more questions than answers with that topic. Yet, like I said, the relationship between the main characters really draws you into this book and then the plot holds you to it!!

I recommend this novel to anyone who already likes the series! In addition, to anyone who likes reading paranormal romance novels or novels that have half-breed Werewolf/Vampires in them!!

Book Teaser(s) :
"What happened to you anyway?"
"Nothing out of the ordinary."
"Nothing out of--- You passed out cold and had a raging fever for more than six hours! I was sick to my stomach with worry, not knowing if you were going to make it or not. And what would I have done with your body? I sure couldn't have hauled it all the way back down the mountain."
He shrugged, brushing off her concern. ~ within Chapter 6
