My Book Review : 4.5 out of 5 stars! Would-be enemies get close one night, find common ground, and end up creating more between them than they had originally planned. However, will being together be what they both want and need or will other "plans" get in their way?
Captivated from beginning to end by the noble bad boy winning over his long time secret love interest. Beckett and Kaitlin (Kate) are oil and water at times but in the end, they made one another become a better people in the long run. Once Beckett gave up on running away, he turned into a doting man who I swooned over more than once. The only thing that was hard to read about was Kate's aloofness/denial to her over feelings towards Beckett. Nevertheless, I am happy with how Kate stepped up and the ending turned out. This read definitely turned into one of my favorites from Marietta.
I highly recommend this novel to those looking for a quick contemporary romance!
